Project Overview:

3rd Ave partnered with Jack Morton to bring LEGO’s collaboration with adidas Originals to life at ComplexCon in Long Beach, CA. The playful installation featured two 13-foot LEGO-built adidas Superstar sneakers made from 150,000 bricks.

3rd Ave custom-built display cases and branded the full footprint, creating an eye-catching environment that captured the imagination of sneakerheads and families alike.

Objectives:

Our mission was to transform LEGO’s collaboration with adidas Originals into an immersive, shareable experience that bridged creativity, culture, and design, bringing the brands’ playful innovation to life in a space that resonated with the sneaker community.

Results:

The installation became one of the most photographed and talked-about activations at ComplexCon, drawing long lines and social buzz for both LEGO and adidas. The custom displays and branded environment elevated the partnership, blending play and culture in a way that resonated with fans and families alike.
